At Shannon's Hair Artistry, making sure you have a positive and professional salon experience is our main priority, for this to happen we ask that you respect our salon etiquette below.

CANCELATION POLICY

Your time is valuable and so is ours. All appointments are confirmed by SMS 2 days before your appointment.If you need to cancel, reschedule or make any changes to your pre booked service we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice to avoid a surcharge and so we can allocate that time to another client.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call the salon. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you. 

MOBILE PHONES

Take some time out just for you in our relaxing and peaceful environment. We ask that you please turn phone on silent for the consideration of others.

SMOKING

Our focus is on well being and the environment, smoking or vaping is NOT permitted in the salon or anywhere on the premises.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the end of your service, we accept cash, eftpos, credit card or direct deposit. 

CHILDREN

We love children, but our salon space is limited. We respectfully ask that you do not bring your children unless they are having a service done or are fully supervised by an adult so that yourself and clients can fully enjoy their experience. 

SERVICE GUARANTEE 

We want to make sure that you are 100 % satisfied with your service. If you are unhappy for any reason please inform us within 7 days, we do not offer refunds, however we are  committed to work with you find a solution. Please understand that we cannot guarantee our services if they have been altered at home, by another salon or if not recommended products have been used. 

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from our salon, please return it and we will exchange your purchase for another suitable product of equal value, alternatively a retail credit can be put on your account. All returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

DISCOUNTS

We do not offer any pension or senior discounts, however we do reward our clients with our own in salon loyalty program.
